Our recent renovation and addition project to The University of Vermont's Recital hall has been awarded the 2021 Excellence in Construction Award from the New Hampshire Associated Builders and Contractors. The addition provides much-needed ADA access, backstage areas, and practice space to the modern-style concrete Recital Hall. Completed in a complimentary style to the original, and sited to avoid existing bedrock and underground infrastructure, the addition fits in tightly with the original architecture. The project also renovated the performance space to improve acoustics, lighting, and sound systems.

The award was presented to The Rearch Company for their work as general contractor.
